I’ve never taken professional photos. What goes on at a session?

At the start of the session, I like to spend time getting to know my clients, learning about them, their style and their stories. With children, I like to play games and joke to make it fun for them. During the session, my goal is to capture your natural and true spirit, so I often step back and let an engaged couple tell each other inside jokes, or wait for a child to kiss his baby sister-just the right moments to hit click on my camera. I will also direct you by setting up certain looks, the so called un-posed poses, etc-so there is no need to feel uncomfortable as I will guide you every step of the way!

Where do sessions take place and how long do they last? 

Sessions (with the exception of some maternity and all newborn sessions) will take place outdoors, on location. This can be a park, field, alley, beach… just about anywhere! Some locations charge a fee and that will be added to your session fees when scheduled. Sessions outside the 25 mile radius of zip 08844 are subject to a travel fee.

Sessions will last anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on the session. Newborn sessions often run long due to the nature and frequent nurturing of the infant, expect a minimum of 2 hours.

What is included in the fee?

Session fee only includes the time and talent of photographer, and is needed to hold your spot on my calendar. No digital images or products are included in the session fee.

What should we wear?

For children it would depend on age and session location, but keep bright, bold colors in mind! Layering looks great as well. If you are not sure I highly recommend bringing a few outfit choices so we can decide together.

For families try to choose clothing with a similar style and colors. You don’t need to match from head to toe. Pictures come out best when each person is dressed to reflect his or her unique style and personality.

Accessories such as scarves, jewelry, etc add a special touch to outfits. Choose clothing such as shirts without brand names across them. Clothing changes are allowed during the session as time allows.

This is your chance to show off your unique style. Be comfortable and confident in what you wear. Keep it simple, keep it fun, keep it you!

When will I be able to see my images?

About two-three weeks after your session your fully edited images will be ready. I will contact you and schedule a session premier so that you can see your photos and customize your photography package!

If you need your images sooner, I will do my best to accommodate it.

How much can I expect to spend?

Clients should expect to invest $500-$2000 in their custom photography experience.

Can I share my images on Facebook?

Absolutely! Show off all those gorgeous images! When you purchase a disc of digital images, they are yours to share, print, and keep tucked away forever and ever. Just give credit to Olga Belinskiy Photography under any images posted to social networking sites.

Am I able to see or purchase RAW files?

I do not sell or offer the RAW images. You pay me to produce art, editing is part of the job. I only show & sell full-resolution, hand-crafted-to-perfection images. Sit back and enjoy the final product!
